My computer has fine playback sound though my Dell AX210 speakers, but once I plug in my dell headphones the music playback sound is distorted through the headphones and horrific, and more importantly, when I try and record with my Logitech microphone headphones using a number of different programs, there is no audio playback sound at all through the audio programs, and only the faintest of sound can be heard if using the speakers at barely audible levels.
I bought a second brand of headphones in case that was the issue, and tried a few different recording programs in case that was the issue to eliminate problems, and neither seem to be the cause, and I have checked all of the various sound volumes to make sure it was cranked on every one. I have also checked for new drivers. I have Windows 10. Very frustrating.
